Experiences vary, and individual views or needs change. You may not agree with something, but please be mindful of other people. Videos are put up in case some people find them useful. I feel we need to keep asking questions + not rule things out. It makes no sense to denigrate everything that a person or group does. People facing difficulties will benefit from different approaches at different times, or maybe they'll find better avenues by searching for themselves. I think we need not to bandwagon!
