Just because someone is demonstrating their moral values that doesn’t mean they’re virtue signaling, and even if someone is virtue signaling that doesn’t mean what they’re saying is wrong or that what they’re doing is without impact.
The catalytic exteriorization phenomenon, as explored in the context of Carl Jung’s work, refers to a concept where an individual’s unconscious mind can sense or feel future events before they occur. This phenomenon is closely related to Jung’s idea of synchronicity, which is the occurrence of two or more events that are not causally connected, yet seem to be meaningfully related.
In the context of Jung’s work, the catalytic exteriorization phenomenon is often described as a bodily ability to feel or sense the future. For example, Sabina Spielrein, a patient of Jung’s, believed that an angel or a voice in her head would tell her what people were about to say before they spoke. This phenomenon is also illustrated in Jung’s own dreams, where he would have recurring visions of apocalyptic events, such as floods and bloodshed, which later came to pass with the outbreak of World War I.
The concept of catalytic exteriorization phenomenon is not limited to Jung’s work. In modern physics, quantum entanglement has been proposed as a possible model for understanding the relationship between mind and matter, and how it might relate to synchronistic events. According to T. Filk, a contemporary physicist, quantum entanglement may be the physical phenomenon that most closely represents the concept of synchronicity.
