It's ridiculous. The police and the judicial system of Norfolk don't want to reveal the name or profile of this convict. The question, are they keeping it secret because of age or is because of he is a visible minority? Even if he 17 years of age, his crime was still heinous. He stabbed a father of two. He should be identified and brought back to police custody.
