We expect you to show respect and decency towards fellow members of the community and others.
Content threatening, inciting or promoting the abuse, sexualization, and/or exploitation of children will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. If you discover any such material on the site, we implore you to report it to us immediately using the tools provided.
Any content that is produced by and/or promoting a designated terrorist organisation will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. If you discover any such material on the site, we implore you to report it to us immediately using the tools provided.
Any content containing credible threats and/or incitement to violence will not be tolerated, and should be reported when seen, using the tools provided.
OurTube is not intended to be a delivery platform for sexually explicit content. Any such content should be reported when seen. If this describes your video, even if it is a video of yourself, do not post it on OurTube.
Do not post content that encourages others to do things that might cause them to get badly hurt, especially children. Content showing harmful and/or dangerous acts should be marked as Not Safe using the reporting tools.
Malicious use of the site (or our own dependent servers) and/or the functionality provided is not permitted. The following are some examples of what we consider to be malicious use:
• Nudity or Sexual Content – We have a strict, no nudity policy.
• Hateful Content – Hate content is not allowed. We know it when we see it, and we will remove it along with taking any other action deemed appropriate.
• Violent Content – Content that encourages violence is not allowed.
• Harassment and/or Cyber Bullying – Not tolerated. Strict enforcement.
• Spam, Misleading Meta data, scams, unauthorised advertising, data collection link outs, or unauthorised lead generation is not allowed and will be actioned appropriately.
• Threats – OurTube is not to be utilised as a platform for conducting predatory behaviour including threats, intimidation, bullying, violence, assault, or danger to yourself, or others in any way.
• Copyrighted Materials – you may upload only your own copyrighted content or if owned by others, you must have specific consent, or written authorisation.
• Child Endangerment – Nothing that would compromise the safety of a child is allowed on OurTube including disclosures of personally identifying information of minors.
• Miscellaneous – Grossly offensive or content that contains visuals which sole purpose is to “shock” or “disturb” may be removed. We do not encourage vulgar language. Users must be 16 years of age or older, if in the United Kingdom.
• Report violations or inappropriate content by utilising the “report” feature or emailing support@ourtube.co.uk or submit a ticket here. Please report content violations including legal complaints, copyright issues, abusive users, policy violations, privacy violations, age restriction violations, and any other concerning issues.
• OurTube reserves the right to terminate, or otherwise limit account access at its sole discretion.
