We also use this information to improve your experience. When you contact customer service, we keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not be able to retrieve it.

We do not share personal information with companies, organisations and individuals outside of OurTube unless one of the following circumstances applies: We do so in your interest or for your safety or security, we are required to do so in order to resolve technological problems or facilitate upgrades. Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations, detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of OurTube, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

We restrict access to personal information to OurTube employees.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
