I love the taste of coffee Unfortunately, I had to go with decaf because the caffeine does not help with anxiety for me What is your experience with caffeinated drinks and your anxiety symptoms? Does it help? Do you extra anxious? Does it calm you down?
I was suprised to hear how many people who have anxiety disorders still drink coffee For many, caffeine doesn‘t have the side effects that it has on me and people are fine drinking a cup or two every day For my personally, caffeine is a big no no
