When you get used to this simple basic recipe, you'll be able to make a fried rice in just 10 minutes, using different vegetables you have on hand, leftover meats and even some fruits.

First, I'm going to share with you couple of useful tips you should consider before even start the cooking.
From there I'm going to proceed with making 4 different recipes for fried rice, showing each one of them from scratch.
We'll start with most common version, it's onion, carrot and peas fried rice, with an egg and dash of soy sauce and sesame oil.
Second recipe use chicken, red bell pepper and green onions. Here I use leftover chicken breast, but you can use any piece of chicken meat you prefer or have on hand.
Third version is tofu, onions and corn. In this part of video you'll see how to make crispy and delicious pan fried tofu. You will love this simple method, and you can use this tofu in many other different recipes.
Finally, fourth version is zucchini, pineapple, onions and curry powder.
