Back with a different style of fat loss full day of eating to lose weight as this is no ordinary full day of eating for fat loss but my own secret fat loss meals that are high in volume, low calorie and high protein that made up my cutting diet that got me to 5% body fat back when i was a chubby beginner wanting to get shredded

Correct, we’ve had 1800, 2000 & 2100 calorie fat loss diet plans & full days of eating on a cut well these are the actual fat loss recipes that I would include daily in my high protein, high volume diet to help stay full and shred fat ultimately getting me to 5% body fat

Correct, this full day of eating style diet plan for extreme fat loss is what I used to eat back when i was chubby & has tried what seemed like every fad diet under the sun from the paleo diet, ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting diet. I became educated about iifym flexible dieting & took it on myself to track calories & create my own fat loss shredding diet. The meals were staples in my diet because they were so low calorie, high volume and high protein that they kept me full and made fat loss and getting to 5% body fat easy

This high protein recipes would keep me full in what was essentially a full day of eating with a big deficit yet still made it seem quite easy to lose fat & maintain 5% body fat

Don’t get me wrong, the healthy fat loss recipes are not “magic” recipes for a full day of cutting to get shredded but the way they are so low calorie, high volume and high protein meant that together, when eaten in a full day of eating alongside each other, they made fat loss and getting to 5% body fat easy

Correct, calories are what dictate our ability to lose fat & get shredded regardless of the diet type that you choose & these high volume, high protein, low calorie fat loss meals that got me to 5% body fat shows that as, most were very low calorie yet high in volume thus making a deficit very easy to create and stick to without being too hungry
