There are clearly ‘two Joe Bidens’

Sky News host James Morrow says there are two Joe Bidens, one which projects himself as a return to normality and the other which is captured by “hard left progressives” who really run the country

Mr Morrow said the president seems to be captured by a sect of his party which is “not normal, moderate, centrist Democrats”

“They seem to be very hard left progressives who seem to be determined to push through a very radical agenda”
