In Vietnam they had seasonal monsoons every year, and they used cloud seeding as a way of weather augmentation to wash out the Ho Chi Minh Trail forcing the adversary to find other routes to move their supplies. They are using that augmentation principal here when they spray, causing low cloud cover keeping the heat under what the MSM has dubbed a heat dome and the so-called wildfires in Canada are adding to this, they absolutely know what they are doing, this is weather warfare and they want everyone to relinquish their rights in order for the elites to step in and save them from the monster they have created, PROBLEM REACTION SOLUTION.
