PIP petition calls for changes to the way the benefit is processed. It demands the arduous, unnecessary face to face assessment should be removed in favour of using medical records only. This is how it was originally. But, you can pretty much say it has never bee about truth but more about the persecution and withdrawal of money even when the person deserves it - to the extent they win at appeal.
