Description:

After a fascinating discussion with 2 police officers a few weeks ago, in which h they reminded me that we as citizens can arrest a police officer for any offence, I make my first attempt at arresting an officer for committing a public order offence

Unfortunately I failed to meditate first and I made many errors which I will cover in a future video where I will analyse the performance in detail as well as come up with ideas as to how to improve handling the arrest
