Brazilian Love Affair– The Student Ascends

In my opinion, the time for talk is long past. Upon occasion tears of joy have penetrated the emotional cage of my stoical defences when re-remembering the latter 60’s and early 70’s. Even without the psychedelic purple, iridescent, Mallard-green platforms, beige bell bottoms and coffee coloured Texican style shirt collars and the endless stream of musical revelations that assailed these fresh (and grateful) ears - some of those days I now see as the happiest times of my life.
Truly, some solace is extracted from watching millennials and Gen Text’ers having their milk-toast minds blown by really real music, such as Cocker’s, ‘Delta Lady’, The Staple Singers, ‘I’ll Take You There’, Sly Stone’s, ‘It’s a Family Affair’ and 10 CC’s ‘I’m Not in Love’.
Admittedly the music on this vid is more Sex Pistols meets Beastie Boys but I like the underlying sentiment-bending rebellious spirit – an’ like me, they ain’t no spring chickens neither.
The point here – if there is any point at all to be made, is about taking information and learning and acting on it in some definite way. Granted, not every effort will end in immediate success, but tbh, the way things are coming apart at the seams, I prefer to take my chances rather than waiting for their Abrahamic Armageddon. Besides, I got my own dystopia’s to contend with an' believe me, they’re far more imaginative and substantial than this ‘Johnny nonsense’, as Bermas puts it.
This is what our Brazilian compadre did, btw, he went to a workshop and put his plans in motion. It must be some kind of grand accomplishment to stand back and survey his little rammed-earth desert-palace.
Who knows maybe I’ll get to make my own some day, eh?
Well, what I wish for me I also wish for you, something with a bit of soul that you co-created, a strong-hold in the moral wilderness, right.
Anyways this is me fer now – perhaps I’ll be less winsome next time, (but then agin) – stay safe till then, & stay rebel.

Home is where the heart lies but if the heart lies where is home..😁I have tears also (I cry more than any grown man in history😃lol) at all sorts of things, sometimes joy but mostly in frustration and rage tbh. I've decided its a good and neccessary thing now😉I just missed that period of human history some see as the pinnacle but I had an older brother an sister who left me all their combined 'LP' collections when they went to their separate chosen colleges of learning.I had my own University of learning right at home in my ears.😲 Didn't care so much for the mad hand me down clothes though.All the best brother hope your safe and happy😊

If we give it time, if we have the patience, to stand our ground in a relationship, where in spite of ourselves, frank exchanges take place, by and by the mask will slip and steadily and incrementally we will begin to reveal a little bit more of our true selves. In some ways this may be one of the few avenues of hope and humanity left open to us. How can we engage authentically if we're not visible to each another; how can we claim to be a human being if we are not being ourselves? it seems to me that authenticity is key to evolution, but for that to occur there is a baseline need to at least know the fundamentals of who we are. Of course the bounty of dividends that can arise from self-awareness and self knowledge dwarf any efforts required to acquire this clarity, this truthfulness. Along that path the gifts of creativity become so abundant that the notion that there is a key to decode what's goes on behind the scenes becomes apparent, if not obsessive. Jes' sayin'. L 'n P. M-4

Wise and true words my friend. I've shown them what I look like I've told them my address pretty much and my last video shows my city.Its not bravery or suicide. I am confident to do that these days as I know they most likely know already and have sunk me low enough to never reach anyone online ever. Next season I'm going back to basics and stripping it down to just me and a piano (once I master how to do both simultaneously😃) and taking it live. Videos will be that also as they currently take 3/4 of the time to make the finished product.Should be both realer and more streamlined although the content itself I can't predict at this stage but most likely similar to the truthspitting I make now maybe a bit less of the 'cult of personality' stuff now that the background has been established but then again who can tell. 😲I'll always keep it real and au naturel where possible though even while weaving spells hehe.
