I saw five more similar objects over the following eight days and must accept that these are heart-shaped balloons released locally, likey for Tu B’Av!

Bah! As gnarly as this capture may seem, I was still open to it being a mis-sighting of a balloon, which seems to be the case as i saw two more on the 11th of August that were flying much lower - and they were heart-shaped! I looked it up and the 12th is the minor Jewish holiday of love - Tu B’Av. Transparency and honesty are sexy!

Pretty crappy, I know, but it was there for two minutes at least, drifting south, very high, winking, and slow - this is all that came out on the video unfortunately.
