Mobile phones try much harder to get signal in rural areas by emitting much more radiation themselves. Mobile phones can also be switched to 'tethered' mode to work as a modem, in which case the sphere of radiation coming from the phone itself grows from 26cm to 15 metres! Could this be used in combination with the Bluetooth signal-emitting graphene oxide proven to be in the jib-jabs? - you bet!
