City Plans To Build Underground Power Storage. 🤨🤔🧐😀😂😈⚡🔌

Apparently a city in Finland is making or has made a HUGE underground electrical storage facility. The size of it is double the capacity of Madison Square Garden. The truth of this is highly questionable.
