Informed CONSENT- freely given - is a LEGAL requirement
The Rule of Law demands that patients CONSENT to medical treatment- including the wearing of masks
The NHS Constitution also stipulates that the VOLUNTARY consent of the patient to medical treatment is ESSENTIAL
NHS policy is NOT the law
NHS policy does NOT override the Rule of Law
Medical treatment without informed consent freely given amounts to criminal assault
These nurses clearly don’t know the law on informed consent, they don’t know the NHS Constitution and they don’t know the evidence on the harms of mask wearing and the fact that these masks do NOT prevent transmission
Are they fit to practice as a Nurse??
Not in my view
This is criminal assault on patients in breach of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861, in breach of the Nuremberg Code 1947 and the subsequent medical ethics and human rights laws, both domestic and international
These nurses should be investigated
