I'm a former Oregon state government official and the HAVANA Act only protected federal government officials. Damages are caped at $100,000 unless Congress votes to allow for compensation for us tortured T.I. in the U.S.A.
I have a degree in Political Science and a Master's of Public Administration and know the U.S. federal government is historically more likely to collapse, before the mafia in government perpetrating these psycho-tronic crimes are caught and stopped. Psychopaths, sociopaths, A.P.D. and narcissists are specifically hired to do the remote control torture, slavery, coop, rape, pillage and plundering of the U.S.A. and world.
It's so much evil by the no sense of immorality feds. The general public is also extremely adverse to hearing or knowing the truth about a robotized human population that doesn't know it has been robotized.

You could contact Ramola D, a researcher, journalist and broadcaster. She is also an experiencer, and earlier this year was admitted to a psych ward for observation, following a complaint from a neighbour. Ramola is knowledgeable and capable, and tackles things head-on. She talked + talked to the staff, got other people to phone the hospital enquiring after her, and was soon released.

At 9:30 minutes in, Timothy Young describes some protective strategies he has found useful in lessening effects of remote neural interference. I don't know what other viewers think, but I began to feel the interviewer, Kerry, was maybe harsh in her approach. This is an intelligent + qualified man who is not inclined to schizophrenia (which may be helped by anti-psychotic medication).
But he has been rendered vulnerable to the point of going to Hell-and-Back. He was interviewed via technology in his hospital 'home', without anyone to support him, and was doing his best to explain his experiences + research, to help others understand and survive in their own way
