With today software it's a piece of cake to have one saying anything you like and it will mimic the facial expression and mouth muscles. Voice characteristics could be copied and dubbed. It's also easy to manipulate any face in any size or appearance. Watch he's a Pirate and the sailors looking like an Octopus. You could fake anyone, any voice.
