pmsfl...bang on mate....Universal Credit ....universal joke.....was seen as failing before the scamdemic....and even stopped further clients until they sorted it out....then they railroaded in as helping the people.....which as we know they never do ....they only help themselves at our expense.......they want to help themselves again from my pocket at the moment.....no reason why ...just you owe us....no right of appeal....pay surf or suffer
